室内蹦极是一项“反地心引力”的运动,通过一根弹力蹦极绳打达到有氧,无氧以及抗阻力训练,利用弹性拉力做出一连串动作,上下,左右,前后,等方向移动。它是结合了舞蹈,瑜伽,芭蕾,健身操等综合元素的有趣好玩的新型运动,风靡全球备受运动人士疯狂追捧。减脂,酷炫,有趣,对于腹部,臀部,腰部,腿部有着集中锻炼,对于核心力量,心肺功能也有明显提升效果,蹦极一小时相当于传统运动三小时,高效有氧,暴汗燃脂,健康塑形,可以很好的释放压力,快乐减压。

太高难度?
我们的1星级课程非常适合初学者,让您在不同方向上保持活动和持续移动。用蹦极绳锻炼可以让您的身体做一些可能在没有蹦极的情况下过于困难或不可能的运动。
只是纯粹的娱乐,没有锻炼效果吗?
在1小时的课程中可以燃烧~500卡路里,有些会员燃烧的卡路里甚至超过1000卡路里。
谁适合参加蹦极运动课程?
适合年龄从4岁的孩子到60多岁的老年人!我们最年长的会员已经64岁了,我们希望能打破这个记录!
